Mike

Mike Prince

Managing Director

Mike is a true journeyman of the materials handling business having spent 15 years in the industry before joining Advanced in 2005. His business knowledge and forward thinking approach help to keep Advanced on the front line of innovation within our industry.

Advanced Knowledge: When he was younger, Mike wanted to be a TV Cameraman and now enjoys a wide variety of personal interests, including football, music and live comedy.

LizLiz Middleton

Commercial Director

Having worked at Advanced for nearly 25 years, Liz knows everything there is to know about our company and the challenges our business presents. Her unique knowledge helps to ensure everything at Advanced runs like clockwork.

Advanced Knowledge: Paella loving Liz wanted to be a Costume Designer when she was a child (we’re glad she didn’t get distracted by the bright lights as we don’t know what we’d do without her!)

Lee ColegateLee Colegate

Technical Manager

Lee is a seasoned professional when it comes to Advanced Handling, he originally joined us back in his apprenticeship years. Following his training Lee went on to become a Design Engineer and spent a total of 10 years with us, he even helped develop our bespoke abilities! Unfortunately, he decided to move on to pastures new and gained experience doing a variety of things including designing large digital outdoor advertising screens and working as a project manager in sectors including renewable energies, oil and gas and safety control systems. Now, we're pleased to welcome Lee back to the team in the role of Technical Manager.

Advanced Knowledge: when Lee isn't running around after his 3 children or doing DIY around the house, he has a keen interest in fitness and Motor Racing. This includes his garage playing host to the Kit Car he is still working on!

David BrennanDavid Brennan

Project Manager

David has virtually grown up in manufacturing and new product development industries! He commenced his working life with the world's largest Semi-Conductor equipment manufacturing company. Starting as an apprentice David progressed over a 22 year period, through roles including manufacturing, testing, commissioning and R&D roles, until he found a true calling in project management. For 9 years he was the Project Manager for New Development and Introduction within R&D at a market leading Marking and Coding Company. Now David is taking Advanced Handling on the journey towards expanding their capabilities with their exciting growth plans.

Advanced Knowledge: A keen Wasps fan, David is currently living his own rugby playing dreams through his 2 children. He has also completed the London to Brighton Bike Ride NINE years in a row!! Following his wife and 2 children, David is the 4th best golfer in the house.

 

JasonJason Northern

Factory Manager

Jason manages the Advanced Handling factory and oversees our team of factory operatives. It’s his job to ensure all our products are manufactured and despatched on time, and meet the high standards set by our clients (and ourselves.)

Advanced Knowledge: Advanced Handling has been Jason’s home for his entire working life. When he’s not busy on the factory floor, he’s an active chap and regularly plays football, badminton and squash.

RebeccaRebecca Dilloway-Jones

Group Sales Manager

Rebecca looks after the Group sales products at Advanced Handling, overseeing the sales of our Movomech, Pronomic and BD Lift brands. When she's not making sure our clients are happy with their projects, you'll probably find her playing netball for her local team in Cambridgeshire!

Advanced Knowledge: Rebecca graduated from Loughborough University in 2008 with a degree in Ergonomics. She previously worked for a firm redesigning station control rooms for the London Underground.

RachaelRachael White

Management Accountant

Rachael is responsible for our Monthly Accounts results, oversees credit control & Purchase ledger and is no stranger to Advanced Handling having worked here previously over 10 years ago.

When Rachael is not working with numbers, she is happily drinking green tea and planning her next 10 holiday destinations.
