Who is B Bagel?

B Bagel is a growing food brand specialising in high-quality, artisan-style bagels. With a focus on fresh and fine ingredients crafted with care, they are building a new food plant to scale up production. The Challenge

As part of the new fit-out for B Bagel’s food production facility, the team needed an efficient way to move goods between the ground floor and the mezzanine level. They required a 500kg capacity goods lift that could integrate into their layout with minimal disruption to daily operations. Additionally, due to trolleys needing to be wheeled in and out, a compatible ground–level ramp was essential to facilitate easy loading.
The Solution

Advanced Handling supplied and installed a 500kg Reach Essential mezzanine lift – a cost-effective, compact solution suitable for B Bagel’s workflow.

The platform and dimensions were aligned with the trolleys used, ensuring smooth loading and unloading. A ground-floor ramp allowed trolleys to be easily directed into the lift, avoiding manual lifting and significantly improving staff safety.
