To support continued growth, this luxury car manufacturer required a safe, high-capacity goods passenger lift for a multi-floor operation. Our four stop 1500kg goods lift streamlined internal logistics while enhancing safety and efficiency.

The Challenge

This luxury automotive manufacturer required a robust lifting solution to safely transport goods and operators between multiple floor levels within a busy operational environment. Limited space and the need to maintain smooth workflow created challenges around positioning and integration within the existing building layout. Reducing manual handling risks was also a key requirement to ensure safe, efficient loading and unloading of goods.
The Solution

Advanced Handling supplied and installed a 1500kg Reach Ultimate – a bespoke goods lift designed to safely transport goods and an operator across multiple levels in a modern facility.

The Reach Ultimate lift was pit mounted to provide flush floor access and smooth loading at ground level. Automatic one-touch controls were incorporated to simplify operation and improve efficiency, while fire doors enhanced site safety and compliance. The lift design also included an enclosed power pack to accommodate for noise reduction.
