Mark’s day typically begins by reviewing outstanding technical queries and cross-department questions, ensuring projects continue to progress. He then reviews live projects, identifying where decisions are needed and where the team may require support.

Afternoons are often spent in meetings, including cross-department discussions, customer calls, product development work, live project reviews, technical support sessions and quote evaluations. A key part of the role is keeping everything aligned and ensuring projects progress smoothly across the business.
