How long have you worked at Advanced Handling?I’ve been at Advanced Handling since 2005, taking on the sales for the business.What does your role as Managing Director involve?I help to develop the strategy and focus for the company, ensuring it’s long-term success.What’s your favourite part of the job?The huge opportunities I encounter daily. I also really enjoy watching our team develop, taking on new skills and learning different aspects of the business. It is the main reason for our ongoing success!What did you want to be when you were a child?I wanted to be a TV Cameraman!What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?Spending time with the family and DIY.Mike’s random fact:I once starred in an episode of Peter Andre’s The Next Chapter. -
Rebecca Dilloway-Jones
Chief Operating Officer
How long have you worked for Advanced Handling?I started in 2010 and have really enjoyed my time hereWhat does your role as Sales Director involve?I manage the sales operation for the company.What’s your favourite part of the job?It’s a family environment and every day is different. I get to see the most amazing production facilities when meeting with customers; from chocolate manufacturing to aircraft manufacturing.What did you want to be when you were a child?I wanted to be a vet, but I would have been too sad to put an animal to sleep.What you enjoy doing in your spare time?I love spending time with friends & family, ideally in an exotic location.Rebecca’s random fact:I can lay single ply and asphalt roofing! -
Kevin Hawkins
Head of Operations
How long have you worked at Advanced Handling?Since mid-2018.What does your role as Head of operations involve?I oversee the operations and service for the business to ensure we supply quality products to our customers on time.What’s your favourite part of the job?I enjoy problem solving the more challenging installations and the through engineering and innovation.What did you want to be when you were a child?An F1 driver.What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?I enjoy mountain biking and trail running.Kevin’s random fact:I lived in New Zealand for 14 years. -

Head of Manufacturing
How long have you worked at Advanced Handling?Over 25 years – it’s amazing how the company has evolved since then.What does your role as Factory Manager involve?It involves managing the manufacturing and production of Advanced Handling’s solutions.What’s your favourite part of the job?I love seeing my team work together to complete projects and enjoy solving customer challenges.What did you want to be when you were a child?A professional footballer!What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?When I’m not busy on the factory floor, I enjoy playing football especially with my Advanced Handling colleagues.Jason’s random fact:I’ve completed the Ben Nevis charity challenge which consisted of 1342m climb to the summit of Ben Nevis, a 25-mile cycle ride and a 2km canoe circuit on Loch Lochy. -

Head of Technical
How long have you worked at Advanced Handling?I have worked at Advanced Handling since 2019 but have been in the industry for over 25 years now!What does the role of Head of Technical involve?I look after the engineering, project management and aftermarket aspects of the business.What’s your favourite part of the job?Coming up with solutions for the variety of challenges our customers come to us with.What did you want to be when you were a child?As a child I wanted to be a microbiologist. I don’t think I knew what the job entailed; I just liked the name. Then I wanted to be a nurse. But as I got older, I found my love of maths and physics and realised engineering was the right path for me.What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?Running, cycling and beekeeping.Mark’s random fact:Too many to mention – there’s always a unusual fact waiting in the wings! -

Maddie Yerrell
Senior Marketing Executive
How long have you worked at Advanced Handling?I have been at Advanced Handling since 2021.What does your role as Senior Marketing Executive involve?I plan and deliver marketing campaigns, manage our digital marketing, and work on a range of projects with my marketing team, all supporting the growth of the business.What’s your favorite part of the job?My favorite part of the job is digital marketing, especially managing our SEO, Google Ads and website. I also enjoy learning how different businesses operate, understanding their handling challenges, and turning our solutions into clear, engaging marketing that connects customers with the right answer.What did you want to be when you were a child?An astronaut for NASA.Maddie’s random fact:I’ve worked at BTCC race weekends and met Anthony Hamilton.
