Who are Panalux Direct Digital?
Panalux Direct Digital is part of the Panalux Group, a market leader in lighting and power solutions for film, television and media production. After the successful installation of two large goods lifts for Panalux in the UK, the group approached us again with a new requirement, this time for their French operation based in Paris.
-
The Challenge
Following the success of two previous goods lift installations for Panalux in the UK, the team at Panalux Direct Digital reached out with a new requirement for their French headquarters in Paris. They needed a reliable lifting solution to safely move equipment between two levels, including high-value and delicate kit commonly used in film and TV production.
The solution had to be easy to operate and suited to the day-to-day needs of their fast-paced environment. With confidence in our previous work, they came to us to deliver a solution that would meet the same high standard.

The Solution
A Goods lift with 250kg capacity and a useable platform size of 1,350 x 1,350mm. At the lower level, a ramp was installed to allow easy access without the need for a pit. At the upper level, a bridging plate was fitted to provide smooth loading and unloading across the mezzanine.
Twin outward-opening interlocked gates were included for added safety and to ensure compliance with site regulations. The lift was designed to be simple to operate and fit seamlessly into the existing workflow, supporting the safe and controlled movement of equipment between levels.

The Benefits
The new lift provides Panalux Direct Digital with a safe, space efficient solution for transferring equipment on site. The tailored design fits the unique layout of the Paris facility, while the inclusion of a ramp and bridging plate ensures smooth loading and unloading at both levels
