TTI Group Ltd provide a range of Heat and Surface Treatments to the UK engineering industry.  Their Letchworth plant has a large Vacuum and HIP processing department containing numeroue furnaces of varying sizes and specifications capable of treating a large cross section of materials for many different applications.

TTI wanted to introduce a process which meant operators could increase productivity and efficiency with heightened Health and Safety.  After initially approaching 5 organisations, Advanced Handling were selected to provide a new scissor lift which not only needed to be capable of lifting special metal with optimum care but also had to be extremely reliable.
