The Challenge:
Xaar faced an unprecedented increase in demand and to fulfil this, they needed to increase not just their productivity but also their stock and storage capacity.
Their solution involved utilising their Mezzanine floor and they contacted Advanced Handling to solve the challenge of how to get their stock up and down from the floor efficiently whilst complying with health and safety regulations.

The Solution:
Advanced Handling worked with Graham West, Operations Manager at Xaar to design, build and install a Mezzanine Floor Lift with a capacity of 300kg and a lifting height of 3000mm all within the tight timeframe required whilst meeting health and safety requirements.

The Benefits:
Advanced Handling successfully installed the lift on time. The Mezzanine lift has enabled Xaar to move the large quantities of stock required to and from the Mezzanine floor efficiently helping them increase their productivity with the peace of mind that they were compliant with regulations.
