When your enquiry comes in; you’re allocated one of our expert Account Managers who are on-hand to offer advice and guidance through-out the process, from design, all the way to commissioning. Beyond that, they’re always available to offer further advice and guidance as well as to set you up with our after-sales service team to ensure you always get the most out of your solution.

We know that truly understand your needs is the key to providing the right and best solution, therefore, one of our first steps is to arrange an on-site consultation to gain a full understanding of how we can help you.

We’ll also invite you to Advanced Handling HQ to meet the team who’ll be working on the project and to take a tour around our purpose-built office and factory. Here we have our demo area, a fantastic facility where you can get an idea of how your solution will look, feel, and work as well as an opportunity to see other projects we’re working on.

Your Account Manager will then write up a proposal for you to sign-off to ensure your Advanced Handling solution meets all your requirements and more.

Once the proposal has been signed-off, your Account Manager will work closely with the Technical Design team to bring your solution to life using the latest in design software. This collaborative approach provides us with the flexibility to successfully deliver our bespoke solutions.

After the drawings have been signed-off and the project planned, it’s time to manufacture your solution in our 40,000sqft factory. You’re welcome to come and have a look around! Email [email protected] to book a visit.

Before anything goes out of our door, we carry out rigorous quality checks and tests to ensure the end-product meets regulations and is of a high standard. Following this, it’s ready to go!

If required, we have an expert in-house team on-hand to install and commission your Advanced Handling solution so you’re up and running as quickly as possible.
