Servicing and maintaining your manual handling equipment is crucial to help prevent accidents or injury. Furthermore, you will maintain or reduce insurance costs, maintain a high quality of product and prevent production downtime therefore saving you both time and money. LOLER regulations have been put in place to aim to reduce risks to people’s health and safety from lifting equipment provided for use at work. Lifting equipment needs to be examined in use at periods specified in the Regulations (i.e at least six monthly for accessories and equipment used for lifting people and at a minimum, annually for all other equipment. All examination work should be performed by a competent person and following a Thorough Examination or inspection of any lifting equipment, a report is submitted by the competent person to the employer to take the appropriate action. Servicing your unit regularly will not only ensure that it is running at its full capability but will also help it to pass its LOLER inspection. Think of it as the equivalent to your cars MOT!

What’s Included?

Standard

• We collect your unit, carry out the work and then return the unit to your site
• On site Inspection available
• All paper work included
• 24 hour call out (POA)
• Price fixed for 3 years
• Final inspections and test carried out before engineer leaves your site
• Annual inspection per 12 months

Deluxe

• All standard features included and in addition:
• 6 monthly inspection
• LOLER certification

Premium

• All Deluxe features included and in addition:
• Travel costs included
• Labour costs included
• Scheduled component replacement
• Breakdowns included within contract rate
• Parts included (excluding damage/misuse)
• Extended Warranty available

Extended Warranty

• Extends your manufacturers warranty for an additional 12, 24 or 36 months
• Covers breakdowns and repairs caused by manufacturers defect
• Includes 2 service visits by a qualified engineer per annum
• Certificate provided to prove your extended warranty
• Onsite and back to base repairs as an option
• Excludes faults found due to damage or mis-use

Installation

Advanced Handling offers a broad range of options for delivery and installation of all our products.  This spans from simply delivering to site through to specialist delivery services incorporating off loading and positioning at the customer's premises.  We can also offer a full on-site installation taking care of ground works, electrical installation and full induction training on the equipment supplied.
